Vision Therapy

Vision therapy is a personalised programme of guided eye exercises and games. It is delivered one-on-one in the practice with our vision therapist and is supported by take-home exercises between visits.

The programme is designed to improve how the eyes team, align, move and focus and can also help strengthen visual processing skills.

Our vision therapist and our optometrists complete ongoing training to design a vision therapy programme tailored to your individual needs and goals. Vision therapy can benefit both children and adults and your optometrist will discuss whether it is suitable for you during your comprehensive eye examination.
